Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Refund Policy

At Fameo.in, we aim for order fulfillment. However, issues can arise. This policy outlines when and how refunds are provided at Fameo.in's sole discretion.

All refunds are issued exclusively as wallet credits on your Fameo account. We do not provide cash refunds, bank transfers, or reversals to your original payment method except where strictly required by applicable Indian law.

Fameo.in reserves the right to modify, update, or revoke this policy at any time without prior notice.

2. When Refunds May Be Considered

Refund eligibility is determined solely by Fameo.in. The following are general guidelines, not entitlements:

2.1 Non-Delivery

If your order has not started within 72 hours of placement and shows no progress, you may submit a refund request for review.

2.2 Partial Delivery

If an order is only partially fulfilled and remains incomplete for more than 48 hours after the last update, you may request a review for the undelivered portion only.

2.3 Wrong Link (Before Processing)

If you placed an order with an incorrect link and the order has not yet started processing, contact support immediately. Cancellation is not guaranteed once an order enters the queue.

3. When Refunds Are NOT Applicable

Fameo.in will NOT provide refunds (wallet credits or otherwise) in the following cases:

  • Completed orders — Orders that have been fully or substantially delivered cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Natural drops — Followers, likes, or views that decrease after delivery due to platform algorithms, account deactivations, or any other reason are not eligible for refund.
  • Quality complaints — We make no guarantees about the quality, authenticity, engagement rate, or profile type of delivered services. Complaints about "quality" of followers, likes, or views are not grounds for a refund.
  • Account bans or restrictions — If your social media account is flagged, restricted, shadowbanned, suspended, or permanently banned by any third-party platform as a result of using our services, no refund or compensation will be provided. You use our services entirely at your own risk.
  • Account made private/deleted — If your social media account is set to private, restricted, deactivated, or deleted during or after order processing.
  • Incorrect expectations — If delivered services do not match your personal expectations regarding follower quality, engagement behavior, geographic origin, or profile appearance.
  • Terms violations — If your Fameo account was suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
  • Wallet top-ups — Funds added to your wallet are strictly non-refundable. They are internal credits only.
  • Chargebacks — Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting our support will result in immediate and permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all wallet balance. Fameo.in reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for fraudulent chargebacks.
  • Services older than 7 days — Refund requests for orders placed more than 7 days ago will not be considered.

4. Refill Guarantees

Some services include a refill guarantee. Refills are provided on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed:

  • Refill requests must be made within the stated refill period. Late requests are automatically declined.
  • Refills apply only to the original order quantity and cannot exceed it.
  • Refills are subject to provider availability and may not always be fulfilled.
  • If a refill cannot be completed, it does not entitle you to a cash refund or wallet credit.

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact support at support@fameo.in with your order ID.
  2. Provide a clear description of the issue.
  3. Our team will review within 24–72 hours.
  4. If approved at our sole discretion, wallet credits will be applied.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. All decisions are final.

6. Dispute Resolution

All refund decisions made by Fameo.in are final and binding.

  • You may submit one appeal with additional details within 48 hours of the decision.
  • The appeal review decision is final with no further recourse.
  • Repeated or abusive refund requests may result in account suspension.

Do not initiate bank chargebacks. Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported and may result in legal action.

7. Acceptance

By using Fameo.in and placing any order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy in its entirety. You accept that all services are purchased at your own risk and that Fameo.in's liability is strictly limited as described in our Terms of Service.
