By creating an account on Fameo.in or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Fameo.in is a social media marketing (SMM) panel providing a dashboard for purchasing engagement services including followers, likes, views, subscribers, comments, and members. We act as an intermediary connecting users with third-party providers.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide a valid email address.
- You must not have been previously banned from the Service.
- You must comply with all applicable laws.
4. Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
- Each user is limited to one account.
5. Wallet & Payments
Adding Funds: Via Cashfree (UPI, cards, net banking) in INR. Min ₹10, max ₹50,000 per transaction.
No Cash Withdrawals: Wallet balances cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to a bank account. They are credits for purchasing services only.
Pricing: Displayed in INR. Prices may change without notice; the price at order time applies.
6. Orders & Delivery
You must provide a valid, publicly accessible URL. We never require passwords. Orders process automatically after payment.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Most start within minutes but may take 24–72 hours. Some services include refill guarantees.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, visibility, or any measurable growth from purchased engagement. Services are provided for promotional and marketing assistance purposes only.
7. Assumption of Risk
BY USING FAMEO.IN, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE USING THE SERVICE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
You understand and accept that:
- Social media marketing services carry inherent risks, including but not limited to account restrictions, content removal, or account suspension by third-party platforms.
- You are solely responsible for any consequences that arise from using our services on your social media accounts or accounts you manage.
- You have independently evaluated the risks involved and have chosen to proceed with full knowledge of those risks.
- Fameo.in provides a platform for service delivery only and does not encourage, endorse, or advise any specific use of these services.
- Your decision to purchase and use our services is entirely voluntary and made at your own discretion.
8. No Guarantee of Authenticity or Growth
Fameo.in makes absolutely no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding:
- The authenticity, quality, or origin of followers, likes, views, subscribers, members, or any other engagement delivered.
- Whether delivered engagement consists of "real" users, active accounts, or genuine profiles.
- The retention or permanence of any delivered engagement. Followers, likes, and views may decrease over time due to platform algorithms, account deactivations, or other factors beyond our control.
- Any real, organic, or sustainable growth of your social media presence, brand, revenue, or business metrics.
- The engagement rate, interaction quality, or behavioral patterns of delivered accounts.
- That delivered services will comply with the quality expectations or standards you may have.
Services are delivered on a "best-effort" basis through third-party providers. The nature, quality, and source of engagement are determined entirely by those providers and are outside Fameo.in's direct control.
9. Third-Party Platform Compliance
Fameo.in is not responsible for your compliance with the terms of service, community guidelines, or policies of any third-party social media platform including but not limited to Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, Twitter/X, TikTok, Spotify, or LinkedIn.
You acknowledge that:
- Purchasing engagement services may violate the terms of service of certain social media platforms.
- Fameo.in shall not be held liable, responsible, or accountable in any way if your social media account is flagged, restricted, shadowbanned, suspended, temporarily locked, or permanently banned as a result of using our services.
- We provide no compensation, refund, or reimbursement for any losses resulting from third-party platform actions against your account.
- It is your sole responsibility to understand and evaluate the risks of using SMM services with respect to each platform's policies before placing an order.
- Fameo.in does not monitor, track, or ensure compliance with any third-party platform's terms on your behalf.
10. Prohibited Uses
- Illegal activities or law violations.
- Providing false or fraudulent information.
- Using bots or scripts without authorization.
- Hacking or reverse-engineering the Service.
- Bad-faith chargebacks or payment disputes.
- Placing orders for accounts you don't own or manage.
- Using the Service to harm, harass, or negatively impact any third party.
- Attempting to manipulate pricing, exploit system bugs, or abuse promotional offers.
11. Refund & Cancellation
See our Refund Policy. Key points:
- Refunds are issued as wallet credits only, not cash. Wallet credits are non-refundable to your bank account.
- Partially completed orders may receive partial refunds at our sole discretion.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
- No refunds are provided for drops, quality complaints, or platform-related actions against your account.
- Fameo.in reserves the sole and absolute discretion to approve or deny any refund request.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on Fameo.in is owned by us and protected by IP laws. No copying or reproduction without permission.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fameo.in expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any content or services.
- Any warranty that engagement delivered will be "real," "authentic," "organic," or of any specific quality.
- Any warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or expectations.
- Any warranty regarding the compatibility of our services with third-party platform policies.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAMEO.IN, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
- Any action taken by third-party social media platforms against your account, including but not limited to bans, suspensions, shadowbans, content removal, or account restrictions.
- Drops in followers, likes, views, or other engagement metrics after delivery.
- Service interruptions, delays, or technical failures.
- Actions, omissions, or failures of third-party service providers.
- Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim, or (b) ₹500 INR.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fameo.in, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any third-party claims related to your social media accounts; or (d) your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.
16. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, fraud, bad-faith chargebacks, suspicious activity, or legal requirements at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Remaining wallet balance may be forfeited upon violation-based termination. We are not required to provide reasons for termination.
17. Force Majeure
Fameo.in shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, third-party provider failures, social media platform policy changes, cyberattacks, or any other force majeure event.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fameo.in. No prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings shall be binding unless incorporated herein.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. You waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction.
